These Terms explain the basic rules for using Credo Sports, including subscriptions, training guidance, AI-supported features and acceptable use.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Credo Sports mobile application, website and related services.
By using Credo or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms together with any information shown to you at the point of purchase.
ABOUT CREDO SPORTS
Training with purpose.
Built for performance.
Credo Sports provides digital strength, conditioning, running, workout logging, performance testing, recovery and AI-assisted coaching features.
Credo does not currently require users to create a Credo Sports account or login.

PERSONAL USE
INFORMATION
Give useful information
Where Credo asks you for training information, you should provide information that is reasonably accurate so that features can work as intended.
DEVICE
Look after your device
Because training information may be stored locally, you are responsible for maintaining reasonable security over your device.
TRAINING GUIDANCE
Credo can guide.
You still make the decisions.
Training recommendations are designed to support exercise and performance decisions, but no app can account for every individual circumstance.
Train within your ability
Use loads, exercises and training methods suitable for your current experience and physical ability.
Use judgement
Reduce, change or stop training if something feels unsafe, inappropriate or significantly wrong.
Use equipment safely
You are responsible for using appropriate equipment, surroundings and exercise technique.
Seek professional advice
Where needed, seek appropriate medical, physiotherapy or other qualified professional advice.

Credo is designed for training, coaching, recovery and performance support.
It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services.
If you have concerns about pain, injury, illness or whether exercise is appropriate for you, seek suitable professional advice.

AI COACH
Useful technology.
Not perfect technology.
Credo may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide training summaries, check-in feedback, programme guidance and training-related responses.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation.
You should use reasonable judgement when following AI-generated guidance and should not rely on AI Coach as medical advice or diagnosis.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Simple monthly
subscription.
The price applicable to your subscription will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
Monthly billing
Where you choose a monthly subscription, you are charged for one subscription period at a time.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription automatically renews for another monthly period unless you cancel it before the next renewal is processed.
Cancel before renewal
If you cancel before your next renewal, you will not be charged for another monthly subscription period.
Keep access until the end
After cancellation, you will normally continue to have access to paid features until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
APPLE APP STORE BILLING
Apple manages
your subscription.
If you subscribe through Apple's App Store, Apple handles the payment, renewal and cancellation process.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription settings associated with your Apple account.
Cancelling Credo stops future automatic renewal. It does not normally refund a subscription period that has already been paid for.

CANCELLATION
No long notice period.
No extra month.
Credo does not require you to give an additional month's notice after cancelling a monthly subscription.
If your subscription is cancelled before the next renewal is processed, your subscription will not renew for another month.
Your access will normally remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To avoid an unwanted renewal, you should cancel through Apple before the next renewal is due. Apple may process subscription charges shortly before the beginning of the next subscription period.
TRIALS & PROMOTIONS
TRIAL ACCESS
Trials may be limited
Credo may offer free, restricted or promotional trial access with fewer features than a paid subscription.
PRICE
Know the price first
Any price that applies after a trial or introductory offer will be displayed before you agree to the offer.
CANCEL
Cancel before charging
If a trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, you should cancel it through Apple before the trial ends if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.
REFUNDS
App Store purchases
are handled by Apple.
Where a subscription or purchase is processed through Apple's App Store, requests for refunds are normally handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies and applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
PRICE CHANGES
Prices may change.
Not without notice.
Credo may change subscription prices in the future.
Where an existing subscription is affected, changes will be handled through the applicable App Store process and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where required, Apple may notify you or ask you to agree to a new subscription price before it applies.
ACCEPTABLE USE
DON'T MISUSE CREDO
Use the service normally
Do not attempt to interfere with, damage, exploit, overload or gain unauthorised access to Credo or its systems.
LAWFUL USE
Use Credo lawfully
Do not use Credo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Don't copy the service
Credo's software, branding, design and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
YOUR TRAINING INFORMATION
Your information
remains yours.
You retain any rights you have in the training information and other content you enter into Credo.
Credo may process relevant information only as needed to provide the service and in accordance with the Credo Sports Privacy Policy.

Your device holds
most training data.
Credo currently stores much of your normal training information locally on your device rather than in a Credo Sports online account.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of your device and for understanding that deleting or resetting the app may result in locally stored training information being lost.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Credo won't always
be perfect.
Like any digital service, Credo may occasionally experience maintenance, outages, bugs or unavailable features.
Maintenance
Features may occasionally be unavailable while maintenance or updates are carried out.
Updates
Credo may change, improve, add or remove features as the product develops.
Bugs
Software may contain errors and Credo does not guarantee that every feature will always operate without interruption.
External services
Some functionality may depend on third-party services such as Apple or AI technology providers.
RESTRICTING ACCESS
Serious misuse can
mean losing access.
Credo may restrict access to the service where reasonably necessary to protect Credo, its users, its systems or to comply with applicable law.
This may include serious or repeated misuse, attempts to interfere with the service, fraudulent activity or material breaches of these Terms.
EXERCISE RISK & RESPONSIBILITY
Training carries
inherent risk.
Exercise, sport and physical training involve risks that cannot be completely removed by an application or training programme.
You remain responsible for deciding whether an exercise, load, session or activity is appropriate for you.
To the extent permitted by law, Credo is not responsible for losses or injuries caused by unsafe use of the service, misuse, failure to follow appropriate safety guidance or circumstances outside Credo's reasonable control.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Fair limits.
Your rights remain.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
This includes liability that cannot legally be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you use Credo as a consumer, these Terms do not remove or restrict statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
CHANGES TO CREDO
Credo will evolve.
Terms may too.
Credo may update these Terms as the service develops, legal requirements change or new features are introduced.
Where a material change significantly affects existing users or paid services, reasonable notice will be provided where required.
The latest version will display its most recent update date.
GOVERNING LAW
Based in England.
Governed by English law.
Credo Sports is operated from England. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
