Tell Credo about you
Set your goals, experience, training availability, equipment and preferences.
HOW IT WORKS
Credo brings programming, coaching, training, recovery, testing and progression into one connected system.
THE CREDO SYSTEM
Instead of giving you a programme and leaving you to figure everything else out, Credo stays involved throughout the process.
01
Set your goals, experience, training availability, equipment and preferences.
02
Create structured training around what you actually want to achieve.
03
Open each session with your exercises, targets, previous performance and coaching already waiting.
04
Record your training so Credo can understand what you actually achieved.
05
Session summaries, check-ins and testing give your training context.
06
Use your performance and feedback to inform what should happen next.
STEP 01 — START WITH YOU
Credo starts by understanding the person who will actually be doing the training.
Your goal, experience, available days, equipment, training environment and preferences all matter.
Muscle, strength, power, running, sport performance or a combination of physical qualities.
Build around the days you can genuinely train, not an ideal week you cannot maintain.
Gym, home training or limited equipment can all change exercise selection.
Training should make sense for your current level, not someone else's.
STEP 02 — BUILD
Credo brings together evidence-led programming principles and your individual circumstances to create a practical training structure.
Organise your training week around your availability and the work that needs to be completed.
Choose movements that fit the goal, equipment and intended training effect.
Give each exercise a clear workload and purpose.
Establish how training can move forward as performance improves.
STEP 03 — BEFORE YOU EVEN START
Credo prepares the session before the first set begins.
Your exercises, targets and relevant previous performance are already there, reducing the amount of thinking and admin needed during training.
Instead of opening a blank workout tracker, you open a session with a plan.
STEP 04 — TRAIN
Training rarely happens exactly as planned. Credo lets the programme provide structure while your log records what actually happened.
STRENGTH
Record sets, repetitions, loads and relevant training performance.
RUNNING
Running and conditioning work can sit alongside the rest of your programme.
TRAIN TODAY
Add training outside the planned programme without pretending it didn't happen.
STEP 05 — COACHING
Credo is designed to stay involved throughout your programme, rather than disappearing after the initial plan is created.
Enter training with useful information already available for the session ahead.
Review what happened after training rather than simply storing numbers in a log.
Regular check-ins create a consistent point for reviewing progress and training response.
Training history and feedback can help inform progression, regression or programme adjustments.
STEP 06 — RECOVER
Credo includes guided recovery and movement options alongside the main programme.
PILATES
Use Pilates sessions alongside your main training where appropriate.
YOGA
Add structured lower-intensity movement into your training week.
STRETCHING
Follow structured stretching rather than guessing what to do.
FOAM ROLLING
Use your foam roller with a clear routine and purpose.
PERCUSSION
Guided percussion-gun work with sensible expectations around its role in recovery.
RECOVERY
Recovery can sit alongside your training rather than existing as a completely separate activity.
STEP 07 — TEST
Testing can be built into the wider programme at appropriate points.
Strength, power, speed, conditioning and sport-specific qualities can be tracked using suitable tests.
Results can be compared against your own history and, where appropriate data exists, relevant normative or professional reference populations.

STEP 08 — ADAPT
Your training history, performance, testing and feedback create information that can help guide future decisions.
Complete the programme.
Build useful training history.
Look for meaningful patterns.
Inform what happens next.
YOU'RE STILL IN CONTROL
Credo isn't designed to force everyone into one way of training.
Build and manage your own training when you want control, or use Credo's coaching and programming tools when you want more guidance.
